In consideration of your accepting my entry into the Regatta, I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the Class Rules of West Florida PHRF and by the Sailing Instructions for this regatta. My boat will be outfitted, equipped and handled in accordance with those instructions, and she will be properly manned. I attest my boat is insured to the equivalent levels required by the State of Florida for auto insurance. I waive for myself, my executors and administrators, heir(s) and assigns, any and all claims as may accrue to me or them against the Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club, Punta Gorda Sailing Club, and Tidewell Hospice its officers, directors, employees and agents, and any one or more of them arising out of my participation in this event(s) or arising from any related activities.
