To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive any rights I may have to sue the race organizers (organizing authority, race committee, protest committee, host club, sponsors, or any other organization or official) involved with this event with respect to personal injury or property damage suffered by myself or my crew as a result of our participation in this event and hereby release the race organizers from any liability for such injury or damage. I further understand and agree that I am ultimately responsible for any financial liability that results from being found to be at fault for creating any such financial liability as determined by the applicable procedures as defined in the Rules set forth for this event.
